Simple Version:

Your data is only used and stored in order to operate the marketplace. Contact info is primarily used for notification regarding orders.
You may be contacted with promotions, but are on a list with easy unsubscribe options.
Should your mailing (shipping) information be inaccurate, you may be required to pay for additional shipping charges.
Credit card info is never stored by the marketplace. If you choose to store card info, that is saved on STRIPE's servers (our transaction processing provider.)
